Century Project Update

As we have previously shared, the Space Needle is currently undergoing a $100 million renovation, dubbed the Century Project. In September the project’s 44,650 square foot scaffolding platform and ensuing weather-proof structure was installed. The temporary structure allows for the Observation Deck to remain open during construction.

Now, the Century Project’s architect, Olson Kundig, is sharing new renderings illustrating the planned renovations. The new renderings showcase the restaurant’s new rotating glass floor and panoramic views available through the continuous band of floor to ceiling windows.
