November 2025 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

📈 The median sales price for King County was $830,000, down just under one percent from a year ago.

📈 The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $973,500 and $1,430,000 on the Eastside.

📈 There were 45 new condos listed, 33 pending, and 37 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
