The Luma Condominium Toweris located at 1321 Seneca. The 24-floor high-rise will be home to 214 studios, one and two bedrooms, and penthouse condos. Sizes range from 600 to 1,700 sqft with prices starting around $350,000.

Opening date is plannined for June 2016.
