New York firm Douglaston Developmentis looking into building a 50-story hotel, residential & retail tower at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and Virginia Street.
The proposed tower address is 1933 Fifth Avenue, the current location of Icon Grill, just across the alley from the 30-story Escala. Current plans call for360 residential units, 155 hotel rooms and 200 parking spaces.
