Stadium Place is a 3.85 acres mixed-use development project located north of CenturyLink Field in Seattle’s Historic Pioneer Square neighborhood.

Stadium Place Seattle features three residential towers with 740 units, plus 180,000 SF of office, a 300 room hotel and conference center, retail and parking with spectacular views towards the Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay and the Olympic & Cascade mountain ranges.

This space will feature two towers with approximately 180,000 square feet of commercial office space, a 300 room hotel, conference center, spa & health club facility and 30,000 square feet of retail and nearly 350 parking stalls.

Location is everything! Scoring a Walkability Rating of 94 for transit options. Steps away from the King Street Station, Sound Transit Sounder & Link, the First Hill Street Car, SR 99 Tunnel and the Washington state Ferry Terminal.

USGBC LEED Gold certification throughout and include innovative sustainability features such as the urban farm, large four story living (green) wall, use of storm water onsite, state-of-the-art energy efficient design and equipment, and a possible district energy plant onsite that could turn wastewater into electricity for the project, and possibly provide electricity to neighboring buildings as well.
