I just got back from my primitive family vacation at Steamboat Rock in eastern Washington and as I was unpacking I overheard Oprah talking about the smallest most efficient homes she has ever seen- Tiny Homes, Big Ideas.
From a 96 sq ft mobile cabin and Americas skinniest townhouse (just 7 feet wide!) to a 265 sq ft apartment for three- all residents use very creative strategies to efficiently utilize every nook and cranny while still expressing themselves and living comfortably. Designer Nate Berkus shares his ideas too!
As some of the new construction studios and one bedrooms continue to get smaller and smaller, there is still hope for making the tiny floorplans very livable!
