The 7,200 sq. ft parking lot at 8th Ave & Seneca sold today for $3.55 million. The purchaser, Levin Menzies LLC also owns the adjacent apartment buildings at 802 Seneca St. (Alfaretta) which are expected to be torn down to accommodate a 22-story condominium project.
