On August 17th, 2007, Pike Place Market will officially turn 100 and today Mayor Greg Nickels and others will gather under the Market clock at the Pike Street entrance to kick off a 5 month celebration.

Tomorrow will be the 10th annual Daffodil Day where over 30,000 Daffodils will be passed out in various locations downtown along Pine/Pike corridor from noon to 1:30pm. For more information, visit the Official Centennial Celebration Website.
