Last week the Downtown Seattle Association shared its annual State of Downtown report; analyzing the city center as it rebounds from the pandemic and what we can expect in the future.

The DSA’s report covers downtown’s “collection of 12 neighborhoods that account for approximately half of all economic activity in Seattle. More than one in 10 Seattleites calls downtown home.Last week the Downtown Seattle Association shared its annual State of Downtown report; analyzing the city center as it rebounds from the pandemic and what we can expect in the future.

The DSA categorizes downtown’s neighborhoods as: Uptown, South Lake Union, Belltown, Denny Triangle, Retail Core, West Edge, Waterfront, Pioneer Square, Sodo, Chinatown-International District, First Hill, and West Capitol Hill.
