📈 The May median sales price in King County was up 9.11 percent year-over-year.
📈 Inventory was up nearly 140 percent in King County from a year ago.
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up 12.3 percent from last year.
📈 There were 116 new condos listed and 50 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
