📈 Home buyers saw the largest selections of listings available in May since December—While both pending and closing sales reached their highest volume in months

📈 The median sales price for King County was $816,750—down just over 7 percent from a year ago, but up from $790,244 in April

📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $905,125 ($886,000 in April) and $1,450,000 (no change from April) on the Eastside

📈 There were 86 new condos listed, 48 pending, and 35 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
