Update on the 2121 Fifth Avenue Belltown Hotel / Apartment Tower- It’s going to be bigger!

When the 2121 Fifth Avenue site in Belltown was originally proposed it was for a Hotel & Condo Building. The site was only about 6,480 sqft, and original plans were for a 17-story structure that would include 88 hotel rooms, 68 condos, 1,700 square feet of retail space, separate lobbies, but no parking. Then most recently in June, Seattle LLC purchased a second neighboring parcel equal in size, abutting the southern edge. The new plans haven’t veered too much from the original proposal.

The 2121 5th Avenue Belltown Residential / Hotel plan is to be double in size, but the same height.

Design Review Early Design Guidance application proposing a 17-story structure, containing 168 hotel rooms, 129 residential units with 3,900 sq. ft. of retail at street level. Parking for 120 vehicles to be provided in five levels below grade.

2121 5th Avenue to be apartments or condominiums, is yet to be determined..

Belltown Highrise Tower  2121 Fifth Avenue New Construction
The 2121 Fifth Avenue project is located on the same block as Martin Apartments, Cinerama Theater, and 2116 Fourth Ave (formerly Potala) Belltown Tower.

Caron Architecture is the architect on the project and will present the new design at the Design Review Meeting- 5:30pm on Tuesday, January 3rd at City Hall, 600 Fifth Ave., Room L2-80.
