Additional transit includes the Seattle Streetcar, connecting First Hill with the International District and Capitol Hill. Boasting a Walk Score of 97, the third most walkable neighborhood in Seattle and has a transit score of 98.
Home to Seattle University in addition to a collection of well-known private schools: Seattle Academy of Arts & Sciences, Northwest School and O’Dea High School. It has also been given the nickname of “Pill Hill” due to the collection of medical centers in the area: Harborview, Swedish, and Virginia Mason.
