March 2025 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

📈 The median sales price for King County was $855,000—up 0.59 percent from 2024.

📈 The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $1,000,000 and $1,710,000 on the Eastside—both up from a year ago.

📈 There were 84 new condos listed, 39 pending, and 32 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
