Taiwanesecompany, Chainqui Development just purchased a big chunk of a Belltown block, located in-between Lenora Street & Virginia Street on 5th Avenue.
In the package they purchased the historic 101 year old 57-unitSheridan apartment building at 2011 Fifth Avenue in Belltown, as well as the connecting parking lot on the corner of Lenora Street and Fifth Avenue. Purchase price was a whopping$20.7 million.Aram Properties was the seller.
Now theexcitement begins. What are they planning on building- Apartments or Condos?
