This summer Weber + Thompson won an International Making Cities Livable Council Commendation for Wallingfords Bagley Lofts. The award was presented in Portland at the councils semiannual conference and commended the building on the following:
– Mix of residential and commercial components on busy 45th Street & quiet Bagley Avenue
– Successful parking solution for the sites natural slope
– Brick faade, stoops, yards and landscaping that better integrate the building within the existing residential neighborhood and surrounding homes.
– Interior use of space within the lofts- tall ceilings and vertical room placement
The building was completed last summer, includes 43 condominiums and over 3,300 square feet of retail space. (4422 Bagley Ave N)
