Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler is currently conducting an investigation on 5+ companies suspicious of violating Washingtons $25 gift giving limit.
Stewart Title is among those accused with financial documents revealing more than 100 violations between December 2006 and March 2007.
Kreidler added I’m appalled that this company clearly has paid no attention to our message that this spending violates the law and won’t be tolerated.”
