Located at the corner of 3rd and Virginia as downtown transitions to Belltown, First Light’s location places you in the heart of it all. The 47-story tower features 459 residences with floorplans ranging from 392 square foot studios to a 2,755 square foot penthouse. Over 80 homes have been sold since January 1st, including 14 this summer (between June 21 and August 28).

The tower’s top floors will feature the residential amenity space, which includes:
- Wellness Center with over 3,000 square feet of space including a cardio room with panoramic west-north-east views; a weight room; and a secluded yoga and stretch room.
- A fully-furnished Residents’ Salon featuring a sunken living room screening lounge and fully wired entertainment system. Residents will be able to book the space for special occasions.
- A cantilevering Sky Pool with Puget Sound and Space Needle views on one side and John Hogan’s “glittering glass veil” on the other.
- A lush rooftop Secret Garden atop the tower featuring glass installations by Hogan.
