As you can probably tell, I am not much of a blog gossiper BUT I thought I would share this email a reader received from his Agent after finding signing a lease
Apparently this email exchange was also forwarded to the corporate level and the Agent has disappeared without a trace.
Agent:

Im glad you found something fyi my commission on that rental is 500 dollars of which 1/3 goes to my company I want you to know I spent hours on finding you the right place however I was most surprised that you didn’t even thank me maybe a little brushing up on your day care manners would be in order Best regards and good luck”
