Phase 1 sales for the new 11-story 107-unit Gridiron Condominium in Pioneer Square Seattle kicked off this last weekend, and today about 60% of the 26 homes are already reserved!
Gridiron Condominium is a blend of contemporary and historic. The facade of lower level of the triangular brick historic Johnson Plumbing Building (built in 1903) will be preserved and incorporated in with the new construction.

Construction is set to break ground shortly, though the project isn’t expected to be completed until Summer 2017.
Gridiron Condos will be released in phases or approximately 25-30 units per phase (quarter). Interested buyers may reserve home with a $10,000 deposit. The buyer then has 15 days toconvert the reservation into contract.
