New apartment and hotel construction in the downtown Seattle area has been booming, with very few new condominiums being built. With the exception of the few: Luma Condo on First Hill, Insignia in South Lake Union, and Gridiron in Pioneer Square.Burrard Group sees the opportunity to change that, with a new high-rise condo tower in the Denny Triangle!
The early design guidance application is seeking to build a 41-story condo tower containing 364 residential units above 2,700 square feet of commercial space. Parking for 275 vehicles to be provided in two stories above commercial space and two stories below grade. The address: 1200 Howell St.
Weber Thompson will be the architect on the project.
