Luma Condominium sales are off to a strong start, with $12,000,000 in sales locked in on the official opening day. Luma begin accepting offers on the initial release of homes on June 1, using a Priority Unit Selection Agreement.
“We are delighted about the initial sales results,” explained Julie McAvoy, Director of Sales at Luma. “Buyers selected homes from all sizes and locations in the building which means we have all types and price ranges still available.” Since the first sales occurred, interest has been strong with many buyers visiting the Sales Center to decide what home best fits their needs.
There are still many homes still available. Luma Condominium is actively updating their website with the latest home availability and pricing on all Luma condos.

The 24-story condominium tower will be home to 168 residences ranging in size from 600 sqft to 1700 sqft, and priced from $300,000 to $1.5 million. Luma Condominium amenities include the rooftop community terrace with a 270-degree view of the city, fitness room, dog run, BBQ areas with adjacent sun room, party room, conference center, theater, private dining room, five levels of underground parking (174 stalls) and bike storage.
