April 2023 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊
📈 As we approach the summer months, NWMLS statistics show that well priced homes continue to receive multiple offers and move quickly
📈 The median sales price for King County was $790,244—down 10 percent from a year ago, but up from $760,000 in March
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $886,000 ($869,975 in March) and $1,450,000 ($1,411,500 in March) on the Eastside
📈 There were 74 new condos listed, 51 pending, and 40 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
