📈 Buyers continue to have more opportunities with increased inventory levels—Inventory was up over 167.74 percent in King County from a year ago.
📈The August median sales price in King County was up 5.6 percent year-over-year.
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up nearly 6 percent from last year.
📈 There were 77 new condos listed and 47 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
