August 2023 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊
📈 Overall, the NWMLS reported that prices on homes sold during August rose 2.5 percent from a year ago, marking the first year-over-year increase since January
📈 The median sales price for King County was $821,000—up from $805,000 in July, and up just under 1 percent from a year ago
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $899,000 and $1,453,000 on the Eastside
📈 There were 67 new condos listed, 45 pending, and 36 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
