December 2022 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊
📈 December showed continued growth in the number of active listings, but drops in the number of pending and closed sales
📈 The median for King County was $735,000, down just about 2 percent from December 2021
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up nearly 5 percent from last December 2021.
📈 There were 18 new condos listed and 18 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
