📉 Interest rates continued to drop to the current rate of 6.61 percent from 7.1 percent in November.
📈 The median sales price for King County was $775,000—up nearly 5.5 percent from a year ago.
📈 The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $850,000 and $1,440,000 on the Eastside.
📈 There were 25 new condos listed, 25 pending, and 24 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
📈 The median sales price for condos in Area 701 was up 56.25 percent to $867,000.
