Inventory remained tight as buyer activity increased according to the latest NWMLS market update. More inventory is sure to be on the way as we enter the spring market, however, with historically low interest rates and continued high buyer demand, it will be competitive. Despite the rising concern over the coronavirus, open house attendances have remained steady with a number of new listings receiving multiple offers in hot market areas.
