February 2022 King County Market Update
Prices continue to trend upward as multiple offer situations are “the norm” for buyers.
📈 The median sales price in King County was up nearly 12 percent in King County year-over-year.
📉 Inventory was down 36 percent year-over-year in King County.
📈 There were 99 new condos listed and 54 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
