š MLS statistics show upticks in new listings, pending sales, closed sales and median prices compared to January of this year
š The median sales price for King County was $726,700ādown 4.35 percent compared to February 2022 and up from January
šThe median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $825,000 and $1,340,000 on the Eastside
š There were 78 new condos listed, 44 pending, and 36 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
