📈 Buyers now have more opportunities as inventory levels continue to grow—Inventory was up over 180 percent in King County from a year ago.
📈The July median sales price in King County was up 2.66 percent year-over-year.
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up nearly 6.5 percent from last year.
📈 There were 104 new condos listed and 38 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
