📉 Overall, the NWMLS report showed declines in listings, pending sales, closed sales and prices compared to a year ago.
📈 The median sales price for King County was $805,000—down under 1 percent from a year ago
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $899,950 and $1,500,000 on the Eastside
📈 There were 67 new condos listed, 43 pending, and 43 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
