June 2023 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

📈 Brokers reported the highest volume of closed sales last month since September 2022

📈 The median sales price for King County was $830,000—down just under 2.5 percent from a year ago, but up from $816,750 in May

📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $930,000 ($905,125 in May) and $1,450,000 (no change from May) on the Eastside

📈 There were 96 new condos listed, 57 pending (+10 from May), and 50 closed sales (+15 from May) in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
