March 2022 King County Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

Despite rising interest rates, activity has not slowed down as we enter the spring and summer months.

📈 The median listing prices in the Puget Sound region (King, Kitsap, Pierce + Snohomish) have risen nearly $200,000 (38.5%) since March 2020.

📈 The March median sales price in King County was up 13 percent in King County year-over-year.

📉 Inventory was down 18 percent in King County from a year ago.

📈 There were 129 new condos listed and 70 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
