October 2022 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

📈 Active listings have doubled from a year ago, but prices are still rising.

📈 Inventory was up over over 270 percent in King County from a year ago—last year, there was less than a month’s worth of inventory.

📈The October median sales price in King County was up 8.13 percent year-over-year.

📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up nearly 12 percent from last year.

📈 There were 66 new condos listed and 33 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
