📉 Ongoing interest rate increases continue to influence the seasonal slowdown during the fall and winter months

📉 The median sales price for King County was $800,000—down 1.36 percent from a year ago

📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $900,000 and $1,420,000 on the Eastside

📈 There were 57 new condos listed, 19 pending, and 31 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
