📈 The median sales price in King County was up 6.7 percent in King County from a year ago.
📉 Inventory was down nearly 40 percent year-over-year in King County.
📈 There were 97 new condos listed and 93 sold (a nearly 127 percent increase from September 2020) in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
