September 2022 King County NWMLS Market Update 
Active listings have nearly doubled from a year ago, but prices are still rising.
Inventory was up over nearly 200 percent in King County from a year ago.
The September median sales price in King County was up 7.25 percent year-over-year.
The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up nearly 6 percent from last year.
There were 87 new condos listed and 47 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
