📉 As we enter the fall and winter months, we are seeing a decline in the number of transactions—typical for this time of year
📉 The median sales price for King County was $797,000—down 0.25 percent from a year ago
📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $826,000 and $1,427,500 on the Eastside—both up from a year ago
📈 There were 80 new condos listed, 38 pending, and 38 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
