Both the Seattle Times and the Puget Sound Business Journal addressed our market:
Last month the median sales price of King County’s single-family homes rose to $469,000, up 9.6% compared to May 2006, but there were 44% more houses on the market and pending sales (offers made and accepted) fell 9.5%. (Seattle Times)
“Bargain deals are few and far between. In spite of growing inventory, prices are still increasing and homes that are priced right are selling very quickly,” said NWMLS director Kathy Estey. (Puget Sound Business Journal)
