Yesterday we sponsored an industry golf tournament up north and I received a tip that the project on 3rd and Virginia is in full force! A 43 story luxury apartment building with approximately 431 residential units, 5,131 sq. feet of retail space on ground level and hotel suites on the top 3 floors- 2000 3rd Ave is set to be one of the tallest residential buildings in Seattle.
When doing a bit of research, I noticed that the 2000 3rd Ave website has not been updated and plans have been in the making for sometimedating back to 2003!
We are in need of another high-rise apartment building- Belltown currently has 3The Centennial, The McGuire and The Olympus. More information to come!
