Nexus Condomiunium Denny Triangle – June 4th Reservation Weekend!
The Burrard Group recently provided the first glimpse of the latest downtown Seattle condominium tower called NEXUS. Nexus Condomiunium Denny TrianglePlans are to open the gates for unit reservations June 4th ($5,000 deposit), with presales scheduled in Fall. The 40-story condo tower will be located at 1200 Howell St, in the blossoming vertical “East Village” of Denny Triangle.
NEXUS will be 440 feet tall with 403 condo units. Resident levels begin on the 8th floor and will offer a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom homes, including two-level Sky Lofts, and penthouses that range in size from 400 sqft to 2000 sqft. Prices at NEXUS are expected to start in the $300,000 range with low down-payment options and mortgage payments that are comparable to prevailing rents.
The Main level will feature a grand Lobby with concierge and a full service restaurant. The Amenity level will be located on the 7th floor, and will feature a co-working space, yoga studio, fitness center, dog run, and outdoor patio. The Skyclub Amenity Level (40th floor) will offer panoramic city views complete with lounge, Sky Bar, private dining room with catering kitchen, and an expansive terrace with fire-pits, seating, and BBQ’s. There will also be 4-levels below grade parking (with charging stations), bike stations, and storage.
NEXUS Condominium is planning to break ground by the end of this year, with first occupancy in 2019.
