A 12-story mixed-use residential building is in the works for the downtown Pioneer Square neighborhood.
The site is located at 123 3rd Ave South, on the northwest corner of Third Avenue South and South Washington Street. The current structure,Walthew Building was built in 1971 and is a non historic five-story brick building that will be demolished.
Still in very earily stages, but current earily plans call for around 82 residential units, 7,100 square feet of ground level retail space, and 12,800 square feet of office.
