Redfin recently released their list of hottest neighborhoods to close out 2017 in the nation and Seattle’s First Hill topped the list. The list was fashioned through reviewing recent growth in listing page views and favorites on their site.
First Hill benefits from its laid back vibe compared to its neighbor Capitol Hill while maintaining its close proximity to downtown’s business core. From its quiet tree lined streets with historic mansions to upcoming developments including 800 Columbia and 707 Terry, it’s safe to say that Redfin might be onto something.
