Seattle Skyscraper News- Proposed 101 Story Tower

In what would be the tallest skyscraper on the West coast, Miami-basedCrescent Heightswants to build a101-story multi-use skyscraper tower at 701 Fourth Ave in downtown Seattle.

Current location of Columbia Parking,the half blockin-between Columbia Street and Cherry Street on 4th Avenue. The site is across the street from the 76-storyColumbia Tower, which is currently the city’s tallest tower. When built, the Crescent Heights Skyscraper would completely block Columbia Towers westerly views.

Latest plans call for 1,200 residential units, 167,150 sqft of office & retail space, 150 hotel rooms and 750 underground parking.

Crescent Heights has not yet officially said the proposed height of the building, in feet. Currently Los Angeles 73-story US Bank Tower is the West Coast’s tallest structure, standing in at 1,018-feet. The nations tallest skyscraper is the 104-story One World Trade Center in New York City, which stands 1,776-feet.
