SPIRE Condominiums
Earlier this year, Laconia Development announced that SPIRE, their new 41-story residential tower at 600 Wall Street, switched from apartments to condominiums. Now, SPIRE is preparing to open its preview center to the public; this weekend, they launched their new preview website.
The Belltown high-rise, with occupancy scheduled for winter 2020/21, will offer 352 residences with views of the Space Needle, Elliott Bay, Olympic Mountains, South Lake Union, and the surrounding cityscape.

Owners will be given the choice of two interior color schemes: Dawn or Dusk. Residences will feature hardwood oak floors throughout (except bathrooms), kitchens with European-designed Pedini cabinetry, quartz slab countertops with full height porcelain backsplashes, and Bosch or Sub Zero/Wolf appliances.
Ceiling height will depend upon the location in the building. Residences on floors 4-23 will have 9’ ceilings; floors 24-37 will have 9’6” ceilings; and penthouse residences on floors 38 and 39 will have 10’ ceilings.

Among the tower’s highlights is its amenity package. Beginning at the first floor, SPIRE has a two-story lobby lounge with concierge, bicycle storage, auto port, and retail/café space. A co-working and wellness studio has been placed on the third floor, including: a yoga & spin studio, conference room, Skype room, gaming room, theater and terrace.
Situated at the top of the building is the two-floor SPIRE Club, “a collection of interior and exterior social spaces.” On level 40, residents will be able to enjoy an exhibition kitchen, private dining space, BBQ terrace, billiards bar, a lounge, and outdoor terraces with panoramic views of the city. Level 41 includes the tower’s fitness center, another terrace, and dog run.

SPIRE will feature one of the city’s first fully automated parking systems. Parking will be available to select homes at an additional $65,000-$75,000.
The SPIRE Preview Center will open to the public on October 13th with presale reservations beginning the same day. The formal sales center and model home is scheduled to open at the end of the month.
