Spire Seattle is a brand new condominium project located on the corner of 6th Avenue and Denny Way on the edge of downtown’s Belltown and Uptown neighborhoods. It is a striking building known for its unique architecture, unobstructed views, automated parking system, and premier high-rise amenities.

Spire has released a new penthouse video showcasing what life is like from Level 39. The penthouse collection was launched over the summer and features nine residences with views of the Seattle skyline, Puget Sound, and the Olympic and Cascade Mountains.

Among the residences, three model homes were designed by AubreyMaxwell—with one of them quickly selling fully-furnished.

Spire penthouse features include 10-ft ceilings, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, fireplaces, and deep soaking tubs in select residences. Additional feature include European-inspired floating vanities with under-cabinet lighting and natural stone countertops.

The remaining residences start at $1.2 million for a nearly 700 square foot one-bedroom home to over $4 million for a 2,616 square foot, three-bedroom home. Each penthouse includes parking in the building’s fully-automated parking system.
