Daniels Real Estate plans to buy the old brick Seattle Plumbing Supply Building located next to CenturyLink, at Railroad Way South and Occidental Avenue South, to develop a condominium project in Pioneer Square

Kevin Daniels, the president of Daniels Real Estate purchased the property from a group of investors led by Lakeside Capital Management. They proposeda project called Stadium Terrace, which was going to be a 106-unit apartment community with 9,400 square feet of restaurant space and parking on the first level. Daniels said the overall plan will remain the same but with a few changes, mainly for-purchase condos versus leases.
