The DSA’s report covers downtown’s “collection of 12 neighborhoods that account for approximately half of all economic activity in Seattle. The DSA categorizes downtown’s neighborhoods as: Uptown, South Lake Union, Belltown, Denny Triangle, Retail Core, West Edge, Waterfront, Pioneer Square, Sodo, Chinatown-International District, First Hill, and West Capitol Hill.
