The Luma Condominium Tower is the latest addition to Seattles First Hill neighborhood.
The address is 1321 Seneca (the original name for the building) and is located three blocks from the new Capitol Hill streetcar.
First Hill is an area that is long overdue for a new high-rise building. The Luma is the first high-rise to be built since the early 80s.
The 24-floor Luma Condominium Tower will be home to 214 residential studios, one and two bedroom units plus four top-floor penthouse condos. Size ranging from 600 to 1,700 sq ft with prices starting around $350,000.
Building amenities include a rooftop community area with a 270 degree view of the city, fitness center, dog run, BBQ areas with adjacent sun room, party room, theater and private conference/dining room,five levels of underground parking (174 stalls) and bike storage. The development has no plans for any retail or commercial space on the bottom level.
